The house was very nice and clean, almost new. The kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and we only saw someone in the adjacent property one time. Not a negative but a clarification that Gator Trail, the address of the property, seems to be more of a shared driveway with the neighboring property than a "street".

Asheville was on my bucket list and this property helped make my dream, well dreamy. I’ve used VRBO many times and this was my best yet. Very beautifully decorated. Extremely clean. Mattresses on all beds were very comfortable, especially the pillows. Plenty of towels, utensils, pots, pans, dishes. And all exceptional quality. Ice maker was great. Location was perfect, too.
