There is only one other party on the upper floor. The old trees provide shade, large 15m2 terrace / balcony and private garden invite you to enjoy the evening sun.
Our private retreat offers many amenities.
The kitchen with exit to the balcony is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired with combi steamer, large refrigerator / freezer and dishwasher.
The bedroom is equipped with SAT-TV and air conditioning.
Furnishing and equipment are selected and of high quality.

The apartment is beautiful, well equipped and very comfortable for indoor- outdoor living. Lovely walks direct from the house and if you don’t mind very steep hills you can walk up through the forest or down to the village to local restaurants and a bakery.
The lovely towns and villages near the lake and supermarket are very accessible by car. Julius is a great host. We had a lovely stay
