Beautiful property. Very close to FrankenCon location. Had an amazing weekend with my husband, some much needed alone time together, they also had fireworks on Saturday night we could see from the porch. Host was very friendly, definitely wouldnt mind staying again.

this house was a very clean, family-friendly house that was easy check in and easy check yout for our stay. We loved the neighbors and how close the house was to everything in the area. Our host thought of all the details in the house which made this a fabulous stay in every way. Would recommend this house for your future stay in and near Knoxville. You will not be disappointed.

My friend and I stated here beginning of June 2026 for a wedding. The place is perfectly positioned for most things around the area. The place was clean, and looked exactly like the photos which you dont always get. A seemingly newly renovated bathroom with amazing water pressure and a fully stocked kitchen of utensils and plates!
