Perfect house and neighborhood and always felt safe because an officer lived across the street. Lived the ready set up with coffee station and all supplies. Only suggestion would be for owners to leave instructions for shower/water heater. We are all short so it was hard to reach the shower head….not their problem Close to most everything and Alcoa is a nice town!

Everything was as stated. We were visiting friends and we were conveniently located 10 minutes away from them, so that worked out great. There was a beautiful park nearby where we could walk our dog. They are doing a lot of building up of the area, so there was a new supermarket and other amenities close by

The property was pristine. It was well-stocked and very comfortable. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood well maintained. It was a great stay.
