We stayed for 8 nights during a softball tournament over the 4th of July that my daughter plays in every year. This house was perfect for our family of 5 - each kid had their own bedroom, we had family ping pong matches every night, and saw fireworks across the open field right off the back porch. The artwork and MCM furnishings were interesting and eclectic, and there was plenty of space to spread out. The back yard was the highlight of the property, with stunning views and a calming breeze most evenings. The home was well appointed with every basic necessity, and some not-so-basic (full drum kit in the basement, for real?!?). It was deep in a quiet neighborhood right next to a park with a small playground, sand volleyball court, basketball court, and open grassy area, with access to several miles of walking trails. The owners were very responsive to questions and recommendations, as this was an owner-managed property. Lastly, the location was perfect - a short drive to Boulder, close enough for an evening trip to Estes Park, close to restaurants and coffee shops. I would love to stay here again if our travels take us to the Boulder area in the future. Thank you to the Gutrhies for sharing your home with us.

We enjoyed hosting a family gathering at your home. We enjoyed the pickleball, bocci ball and ping pong as well as the nearby hiking. The view out the back is amazing. The house had everything we needed as well as interesting art throughout the house. We will be back for our next family gathering in the area.

What a wonderful property this is - morning coffee on the back patio is a quiet and calm spot with gorgeous mountain views! Little bunnies come through the fence in the morning and roll around in the bocce court - so fun for our grandkids. As I was hosting a family dinner there I found everything you would need in a rental was available to me. Absolutely everything. Watching my grown children have a pickleball match made my day. Close to expressways, Boulder and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Our whole family thought the property was beautiful and we would love to stay there again!

Since our new lodging did not have room for the family, this VRBO was a wonderful opportunity for us to all be together for the holiday. It turnout to be an awesome facility that everyone enjoyed. The furnishings throughout were beautiful AND comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied so we were able to prepare and eat together and it was so roomy in a great location that everyone enjoyed themselves Immensely - from one grandchild playing for hours in the next door park, to others running the nearby trails. Bottom line... It was super! thank you for sharing this beautiful home....The Reicherts
