Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!
**This property doesn't allow groups of adults under 25 or under, with No Exceptions. **
**Top of the Gulf charges a $30 registration fee at check-in, which includes a parking pass. 4 wristbands are provided in the unit upon arrival and must be left in the unit before check-out. Any wristbands not left will incur additional fees. **
**Top of the Gulf does not allow guests on site who are not staying within the complex. **
**The Top of the Gulf Cafe is seasonal through Oct 31st (subject to change) **

The Top of the Gulf complex's game room boasts a pool and a foosball table. The pool area features a shuffleboard court that also offers cornhole boards. A large swing and an oversized Adirondack chair add to the beachy atmosphere, and the internet cafe is poolside with dedicated Wi-Fi internet in a shaded space. Top of the Gulf features immaculate landscaping, pristine beachside amenities, and a gorgeous pool, (with a kiddie pool) where personal chairs and coolers are welcome. Grills are also provided for personal use. The onsite Surf Snack Shack offers grill items, drinks, smoothies, and other goodies.

Overall is was just okay, I wouldn’t stay here again though. Our tv wasn’t working upon arrival. I advised them immediately, but didn’t receive a replacement tv until our trip was almost over. They replaced the tv while we were out and we came back to find a few nuts and bolts in our bed. Speaking of the bed it’s an old spring mattress that pops and creaks with two small flat pillows. The location and view was nice though.
