Every bedroom has its own unique charm, with beloved themes like Harry Potter, Star Wars, Encanto, and Frozen, bringing a touch of magic to every corner.
Most bedrooms feature Smart TVs, and the living room and upstairs loft both boast massive 75" TVs for group viewing.
A central smart home control panel makes managing the home's tech features easy and seamless.

Step out to your private west-facing pool and hot tub, perfect for sun-soaked days and relaxing evenings. Please note: pool/spa heat is combined and not included in the nightly rate, costs are $ 30 per day and can only be ordered for the duration of the stay.

The house is Self-Catering but we provide a starter kit with essentials:
*1 extra toilet paper roll per bathroom
*1 paper towel roll
*2 trash bags
*2 laundry pods
*2 dishwasher pods
*1 small bottle of dish detergent
*1 small hand soap per bathroom
*Guests are encouraged to bring or purchase: paper products, soaps, detergent, coffee, filters, etc.
*Daily maid service is not included. Guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay.
🚫 House Rules (Strictly Enforced)
*No Smoking: $350 + tax cleaning fee will be charged if violated
*No Pets Allowed: Same fee applies if violated; immediate eviction without refund
*No Parties or Events
*Maximum Occupancy: 19 guests
*Lead guest must be present during the entire stay
*Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially early morning and late evening
*Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM (community enforced).

My sister and I took our daughters and grandkids on a spring break getaway to this wonderful home. Kids ranged from 3 - 11 and they all had a blast from playing for hours in the magnificent game room, frolicking in the pool and then we spent evenings in the theater room. Plenty of space for all!!!

Stayed for a week while visiting Universal. The house is just as shown in the pictures - beautifully decorated, clean, well stocked kitchen including plastic plates and cups (if you have kids, you need plastic 😉), super fun arcade room! Great to have a pool to ourselves to relax in after lots of walking. The property owners Ron and Monique were quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend this property!
