About this apartment rental
Close to walk everywhere: 4 small blocks to the downtown beach "Playa de los Muertos" at Olas Altas with the famous "Blue Chairs" / 2 blocks to restaurant row "Basilio Badillo" / bars and discos like "Paco's Ranch" within 3 minutes walk.
Bus connections to everywhere.
Fully furnished, equipped with linen/towels, kitchen appliances and full kitchen stuff, A/C, small private balcony with small table and chairs.
The space:
1 Bed 1 Bath Studio at the heart of Old Town Puerto Vallarta in a quiet residencial street.
The sofa can easy be converted to a bed with a real twin size mattress.
Our studio is situated in a small house, where I formally lived with family. Only 3 apartments for to rent at the property.
The rent includes: Water, hot water, gas, tv-cable with some English channels and streaming accesses.
WiFi access with 130 Mbs.
Only the use of electricity has to be paid separate.
Guest access:
The studio is located at the second floor of the building. Very private and quiet, only 2 studios use the same street door entrance.
All my former guests enjoyed their stay.

Claus is a great host! He’s friendly and very accommodating. The apartment is as described, I’d definitely stay again.
