Host was quick to respond both prior to booking and after checking in. House is very cute & clean. The kitchen has more than I expected - I even saw a crock pot in the cupboard. The downstairs bedroom was a little chilly but there are small heaters available as well as fans for the upstairs bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. The house is on a busy street but that didn’t matter to us. We were at a volleyball tournament at the convention center and it took about 10 minutes to get to the convention center from the house. We used Lyft to get to and from the tournament. The cost was reasonable but much better than trying to navigate downtown and park. Unfortunately, due to our playing schedule, we didn’t have time to check out anything local but, according to one of our Lyft drivers, we were very close to Fountain Square. The only suggestion I have is to add some towel bars in the bathrooms to hang wet towels. I highly recommend this house. The cost, the location and the host were all fabulous!

The place was clean and very spacious. Host company was kind and responsive. Nice outback area with a little grill.Definitely would recommend this place if visiting for an NFL/ NBA game or for Eli Lilly. Only a couple blocks from Lilly and 20min walk from either stadium. Pretty safe and easy walk. Also a short walk to some good lunch/dinner options.
