About this house rental
This area is where the Floridians vacation it's so beautiful and natural. There is an abundance of great restaurants in every price range, and unique shops on Historical Flagler Avenue, which also has lots of fun, special events like our wine walks, art festivals, food festivals, music festivals. Canal street which is lined with beautiful palms has great restaurants, where you can sit outside and enjoy the weather along with antique and speciality shops, bakeries, fish restaurants right on the water.
We are the closest beach to all the Theme parks, with Orlando being just 45 minutes away. Great for day trips as well, and after relax at the beach or in your own private pool.
* The house has an enclosed pool with a fenced-in backyard for privacy and a nice grill and dining area.
The living room has a large smart TV and a nice couch and 2 comfy leather arm chairs to relax, the open, full kitchen has counter sitting for two and the living room also has a nice dining table. The Master Bedroom has a large king bed, and an ensuite full bath with tub and shower, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with an above twin bed. There is a 2nd half bath in the hallway. The living room has a beautiful view to the pool and there are plenty of lounge chairs and a nice dining area to enjoy outside dining or your morning cup of coffee, or evening wine. The closest airports are Daytona Beach 20 minutes away, Orlando International, and Sanford Orlando both 45 mins away. Come getaway and relax, we would love to have you as our guests.
Property fee of 200 refundable if nothing is damaged or missing, also if pets are brought in without paying the extra pet fee you can be charged.
Dogs are welcome under 20 lbs and for a small fee. No dogs in pool!

This property and vicinity are great. House has been fully renovated with clean surfaces and paint. Kitchen is well equipped and patio/yard are understated in the listing.
An Italian restaurant is a two minute walk from the property on US1 - and has delicious Stromboli and pizza. Walking trail and exercise stations are a few blocks away towards the river.
New Smyrna Beach is a few miles by car - where you can drive on the beach. Daytona is 10-12 miles north and Orlando is about 45 miles of easy highway driving.
Wind always blows in the evening due to the sea breeze (colder air moving west due to land thermal effect) and is easily felt on the property, making evenings on the patio relaxing.
We will be back.
