This stunning property boasts 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, providing plenty of space for you and your guests to relax and unwind. The stylish and contemporary design of this home will take your breath away from the moment you step inside.
The living areas are bright and airy, with plenty of natural light streaming in through the large windows. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, and the dining area provides ample space for everyone to gather together and enjoy a meal or play board games.
Each of the 4 bedrooms has been thoughtfully designed with comfort and style in mind. The comfortable beds are dressed with high-quality linens and plush pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep. All 4 bathrooms are modern and chic, featuring sleek fixtures and luxurious towels.
Outside, you can relax on the spacious deck and soak up the sun!!!

A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels.

●Garage Access: Not permitted due to liability. If applicable, garage doors must stay closed.
●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.
Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.
●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.
●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.
●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.
●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
●Furniture: Do not rearrange.
●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.
●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.
●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.
●Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.

Excellent! Highly Recommend! Cannot say enough good things about this house, location and the host. We travel to Jax multiple times a year and the experience at this property was by far the best we've ever had. Wonderful, clean house, plenty of room for our group to enjoy each other, but also able to spread out and have our own space. The hosts were so responsive to every question we had and made the stay so stress free. The location cannot be beat - close to the beach and easy access to all the great restaurants. Appreciated the use of the bikes and the elevator was a big hit (was very helpful in getting all our heavy luggage and groceries up to the appropriate floors). Definitely plan to return on our next trip to Jax!

Pros: elevator, short walk to beach, cleaniness.Cons: air cond. Not working first 2 days on 2 floors. All furniture seating worn/uncomfortable. Outside fans/lights not working on 2nd floor balcony. Clothes dryer vent on third floor laundry is vented to exhaust hot air/lint into room @ face level, instead of outside,---??? No view of ocean, is blocked by other properties & trees.
