Harmitchker House in North Somercotes, sleeps two guests in one bedroom.
The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a wireless speaker, and breakfast bar, and a sitting room with Smart TV with Netflix, and a woodburning stove. There is a double bedroom and a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, barbecue, hammock, egg chair, hot tub, sun loungers.. Please note that some garden furniture is not set out between October and end of April due to weather conditions. Off-road parking for one car. Two small/medium well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.2 miles and a pub in 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Tawny Owl Cottage is a wonderful base for a romantic break to Lincolnshire. Note: The accommodation is located to the rear of the owner’s home. Note: This property has a 3 night minimum stay. This property can only accommodate Mon or Friday changeovers

Note: The accommodation is located in the same grounds as the owner’s private home and there is also separate accommodation "Twit Twoo Shepherds Hut" (1199350) to the rear of the property which can accommodate 2 people and has its own private garden and separate hot tub facilities, these accommodations can be booked together for groups of 4 adults travelling together, if desired. A 6ft fence separates the 2 accommodations and their own spacious gardens but there is a gate which enables access between the 2 if booked together. ub serving food 0.4miles away. Convenience Store less than a mile in distance. Small rural village with various takeaway food options and restaurants. Various Local fishing lakes available with day ticket options.
