There is a 1 bedroom 1 bath guest house in front of the main house included that can be rented separate if you are just 2 people. Guest house does not have a full kitchen. You can rent the 3/2 main house if 6 people. Main house has a full kitchen.
The yard is huge and leads you straight to the beautiful quiet white sand beaches of South Jacksonville Beach!
