Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

This two-bed, two-bathroom condo is on the first floor with the convenience of no stairs or elevator. Just walk out the door and you arrive at the pool with the beach not much farther! Upgrades include recent kitchen remodel and gorgeous floors.
This vacation rental features: 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom
1- bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bathroom and access to the patio.
2-bedroom has twin sized bunk bed. Each bedroom has a TV.
3- Living room with pull out sofa- brand new sleep sofa with top-of-the-line Cozy Mattress
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

To the best of your ability, rinse yourself and personal items of sand before entering the unit. There is a hose in front of the unit to rinse off; please wipe your shoes on the front door mat before entering the condo.
Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

We experienced the Jetty’s. For the 1 st time walking down to the beach and it was amazing ! Good for fishing and dolphin watching .

This property was definitely a hidden gem in Destin. We really enjoyed this well appointed condo. It was in a perfect location just stepped out the door to the pool. The pool closes at 11 and we had no problems with noise. It’s a little bit of a walk to the beach, but not bad at all. I could easily walk to the beach with everything I needed to set up solo. Because the beach is in an inlet area, we never had a day where we could not swim.
I did contact the owner with a few questions and he was quick to respond. No issue with booking or entering the property. All information was accurate and clear.
The condo itself was more spacious than it appears, and we had plenty of room for our family of six. Everything we needed was provided and we lacked for nothing. Kitchen was well appointed. Beds were comfortable and extra blankets were available. I like to run, and the location provided great running paths and it was very close to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely stay here again.

2 bed 2 bath cute condo with pool and beach right out your back patio. Beach is definitely a hike so bring cooler with big wheels. Restaurants and activities all with in 5 minute drive. This place was great for a quick getaway with kids. I gave only 3 ⭐️ because they need to up date dishes, wine glasses and silverware and beach chairs. Once that is done 5 ⭐️. Bj qa
