This charming retreat boasts 140 feet of direct water frontage on Lake Bomoseen for the whole family to enjoy! Watch the sunrise from the private, picturesque deck as you sip your morning cup of coffee. With multiple levels of outdoor living space, you can read a book by the water or spend the day swimming, fishing, or kayaking. This property is located a short distance from the state launch and offers a private dock to accommodate your boat.

Accessible by boat (and car) are two lakeside restaurants, two state parks with sandy beaches, and a full-service marina. Lake Bomoseen is a great recreational body of water! Additional local gems to explore include the D&H Rail Trail, Okemo Mountain Resort, and The Outlets at Lake George.

Inside this newly remodeled home, you'll find an open floor plan and a well-equipped kitchen. Dine with a view at the formal dining table or alfresco on the secluded deck. Sunlight spills into this space easily and provides 180º views of the lake and the area's lush greenery.

The four bedrooms boast plenty of space for you and yours. Additional perks include a washer/dryer, central air conditioning, a firepit (for evening s’mores), kayaks, and a gas grill.

There is an extremely steep embankment to get to the boat dock. Please use caution while walking to the dock.
Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: Three cameras are located outside of the home to keep an eye on the house when it is closed down.

Dock details: There is an extremely steep embankment to get to the boat docks, please use caution while walking to the Dock.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
