- Please note that there is a $10 fee for the replacement of a lost pass for the zoo.
- When using these passes to access the parks, please be sure to inform them that you are a friend of Jay Rios.
Verification of ID is required to prevent credit card fraud.
Please note that a $200 refundable security deposit is required. This deposit is refunded within a week of check-out. Refunds typically take between 5-10 business days to reflect in your account once processed.

Everything was great. Fully stocked kitchen and towels. Washer and dyer had detergent. Quiet and cool old part of town too.

Beautifully redone older town home. Beautiful original hardwood floors. Several minor things not finished or redone well; smoke detector hanging from ceiling, porch railing had a spindle broken, nails in floors causing socks to be snagged causing holes in them. Outdoor lighting was very low hanging, we didn’t allow kids out back for this reason. Overall interior of house was beautiful, large, easily accommodated large 2 household family. Kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked. We would stay again and recommend to others.
