About this villa rental
Located 15 minutes from Bastia, 5 minutes walk from the center of the magnificent listed village of Erbalunga, one of the most beautiful villages in Corsica, this new villa completed in 2021, is a marvel of integration and will allow you to discover wild Corsica.
Luxury villa nestled between the sea (100m) and the mountains, it offers a 180° view of the sea.
The entire house is carefully decorated in a style that mixes the old and the contemporary.
The kitchen, living room and dining room are open to the terrace
The accommodation
Villa Bellevue is located in the village of Erbalunga, a 15-minute drive north of Bastia.
The villa is located in a residence of 12 new villas, clinging to the side of the mountain. The villa is in the first row (out of four rows) and faces the sea with a magnificent view of the island of Elba and Capraia looking east and the mountain looking north and west. At dawn you can see the sun rising over the sea. The access road, embellished with oleanders and whites, winds between the 4 rows of villas and is quite steep, as often in Corsica! The parking lots directly in the grounds of the villa and is separated from the pool by a hedge of shrubs.
You will be welcomed by the villa manager who will have organized and prepared your stay. The rooms will be prepared with sheets and towels, additional linen can be reserved such as dish towels or beach towels. The mandatory full cleaning service is not included in the price. It guarantees a perfect home when you arrive!
You enter the villa from the upper floor into an open space to a kitchen and a living room next to a terrace with the swimming pool. The kitchen is extended by a pantry/laundry room and a guest toilet. The kitchen has an oven, hob, nespresso machine, dishes, kitchen utensils and crockery. In the pantry/laundry room, there is a large fridge-freezer, a washing machine, the usual maintenance equipment (broom, vacuum cleaner, panosse, drying room) and plenty of storage. We go through the pantry/laundry room to go to the guest toilet.
The living room has a round table for indoor dining with 6 armchairs, a 3-seater sofa, a 1-seater armchair, the fireplace (insert) and the TV connected to an unlimited wifi box (fibre is being deployed in the village).
The terrace is equipped with a dining table, armchairs, parasol, barbecue, rechargeable table lamps. The pool area is equipped with sunbeds, a coffee table and a pool box containing maintenance equipment. The pool measures 3x4 m and the technology is salt. It is possible to heat it thanks to a heat pump.
To go down to the lower floor, you have to take internal stairs. There are the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet. The master bedroom has its own shower room (sink and walk-in shower). The bed is 160cm. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom (sink, bath and toilet) and a terrace with outdoor furniture and a view of a mimosa bed. One bedroom has a 140cm bed and another two 90cm beds. All bedrooms have a dressing room with shelves and wardrobes.
Air conditioning is available in all rooms of the villa with independent thermostats.
