Ideally located 500m between the large beach of Biarritz and the magnificent beach of the Côte des Basques, it is a dream stay that awaits you in this charming apartment a few steps from the gastronomic heart of the city (shops, restaurants) for a life on foot where you can also enjoy its pretty private terrace of 43m2.
Come and stay alone or as a couple on the Basque coast!

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
A few stairs to reach the magnificent terrace of this apartment on the first floor with a table, two chairs and two deckchairs.
The accommodations are composed of a master suite with double bed (160/200cm) and en-suite shower room.
A travel cot is available if needed as well as a hairdryer (systematically).
Large veranda with dining table that can accommodate up to 6 people (friends, family)...
A large fully equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer, gas hob (4 burners), traditional oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine (not drying), toaster, kettle and all the kitchen utensils you will need during your stay.
This is open to the living room with large sofa (2m), television (55p) and small glass table.
Fans can be provided in case of hot weather, do not hesitate to contact us!
DESCRIPTION OF THE DISTRICT:
You are in the city center of Biarritz.
In other words, a stone's throw from the Place Sainte-Eugénie on one side and the covered market on the other.
Restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shops of all kinds, luxury boutiques, bakeries, pastry shops, crisscross the streets of this district.
5min walk also from the fishermen's port and the beach of the old port where you can find the aquarium of Biarritz.
8 minutes walk from the city's Public Garden and the Gare du Midi where you can find shows for all tastes!
GETTING AROUND:
Ditch the car! And make way for walking or the free shuttle bus that goes around the city.
You still have all kinds of buses as well as the tram bus behind the town hall and the taxi stand in the city center in front of La Coupole.

You have access to the entire accommodation.
*Groups of young people under 21 years old are not accepted.

*no pets
We offer a late check-in service on request (to be booked in advance):
-30€ between 8pm and 9pm.
-50€ between 9pm & 10pm.
-70€ between 10pm & 11pm. No reception beyond that.
To be paid in cash or by cheque on arrival (against a receipt).
We invite you to respect the time of the appointment that you have set for us. Do not hesitate to arrive a little earlier than the time set. In case of delay in the check-in time initially agreed with you, our hostess will not be able to wait for you.
Another appointment time must be set and you will be billed 30€.
Thank you for your understanding and do not hesitate for any other questions.
Fee of 50€ for an arrival on December 24 & 31 after 6 pm and on December 25 and January 1 to be paid on arrival in cash or check (against a receipt).
In the event of loss of the key to the accommodation during your stay, the lock on the door will have to be changed. The cost of this action will be deducted from your deposit.
Concerning the end-of-stay/Laundry cleaning package included in your booking:
We provide linen treated by a professional service, prepare the apartment for your comfort and your arrival, and do the cleaning at the end of your stay.
