Beautiful Olivine Villa 20 is a must-see, surrounded by neighbouring villas and conveniently located with the bustling resort of Protaras. This stunning contemporary property is ideal for groups and can be booked alongside sister villas Olivine Villa 21 and 24. A modern patio terrace boasts a refreshing 8x3.5m pool, surrounded by reclining sunloungers and Mediterranean shrubs. A covered terrace boasts cosy garden furniture and alfresco dining, ideal for a shaded spot for lunch. Grill up some fresh shellfish on the BBQ and enjoy alfresco style amongst friends and family.
Inside, the open-plan living room and kitchen is filled with natural light and contemporary furnishings. Cosy sofas sit facing the smart TV, ideal for those wanting to stay entertained whilst shaded from the midday sun, whilst cool air conditioning and a glass dining table complete the living area. A breakfast bar sits proudly in the kitchen area, as cream worktops and white cupboards brighten the space.
Upstairs we find three bedrooms, a master double with a private ensuite and another two rooms, all featuring cool air conditioning and access to a balcony terrace.
