We found the property to be clean and just as advertised. Perfect for one or two people. A child could sleep on the pullout couch.Perfect location. In the center of all the activities we wanted to do in the area.We really enjoyed Beaver Bend State Park. Kayaking, hiking, swimming, and boating, kept us busy . A great variety of restaurants in the area as well.We travel to the area for our daughter‘s wedding then stayed a few extra days.

Good experience overall, especially for the price. Very minor gripe about a living room lamp not working and the kitchen trash can lid could use a cleaning, but otherwise an excellent stay. Very comfortable place to return to after exploring!Heads up that road construction makes getting in and out of the property rough as of 5/22/26. Cars with especially low clearance may scrape. Road work looks like it'll be done quickly though so this shouldn't matter in a month or two. Might be worth calling the hosts in advance if you're bringing a lowered car out!

Our stay at the tiny cabin was good. As others have posted, the cabin was very clean and well-kept. They had all necessary instructions very handy (such as wifi, and emergency contacts). They were thoughtful with items such as: camping chairs, working lamps, fully stocked kitchen to cook for two, paper towels, 2 hand soaps, dish soap, drain rack, extra towels and sheets. There were 2 tvs that worked really well and we could stream whatever we wanted. There was a very high wind and below freezing temps on our first night. The cabin felt sturdy and we stayed toasty warm. There were barking dogs around and when we went inside, it was quiet inside. The main noises we heard were large vehicles on the nearby road. The area felt safe. I interacted briefly with the hosts and they were speedy to respond and ready to accommodate any needs. This is a five-star stay. This was nicer than some VRBOs we have experienced in big cities! A few things I would change, curtains in the bedroom, curtains or blinds at the kitchen window. I felt a bit exposed in the kitchen, being that the uncovered window looked right into the bathroom and was across from some other windows. When I did dishes in the afternoon to evening I had to lean my head to the side to do the dishes due to the direct sun. Lastly, please put a piece of furniture in the bathroom for toiletries!! We had to drag in an ice chest. You should rent one of these. You will not be disappointed.
