Built on one level with a terrace offering unobstructed views, it features a cozy sunroom area and a large sofa that can accommodate one person for sleeping.

A suite with a living area and bedding consisting of two 0.80 x 200 m beds that can be joined with a mattress topper to form a 1.60 m bed for a couple, or used as two separate beds.

The house is secured by an alarm system. You also have access to a secure parking space 20 meters away.
Located between Cannes and St. Tropez, just 30 minutes away in the heart of renowned vineyards, with a river just a stone’s throw away that flows into the Mediterranean and offers numerous activities—including kayaking, cycling, motorcycling, and hiking trails... not to mention the magnificent views from Mont Vinaigre and the Pic de l’Ours in St. Raphael.
