About this house rental
The three story front facade, complete with 2 wrap around porches was constructed in 1900. The original back cottage which adjoins the facade dates back to 1847. There is a large entertaining deck which surrounds a 300 year old oak tree. The entire property is nestled in the hill country yet conveniently only 3 minutes to downtown San Marcos and 10 minutes to the Outlet malls. Your stay also includes a newly constructed outdoor kitchen and fire pit.

We had the best time! The house was so beautiful and we had absolutely everything we needed! And more! I would definitely love to stay again. Owner and managers were so responsive and friendly! They even did a special surprise for our graduate. Thank you!!
