Welcome to your cheerful island getaway! This bright, coastal 1BR condo (sleeps 4) is perfectly located just a short walk to the beach (900 ft), marina (150 ft), Historic Bridge Street (800 ft), and the pier (1,056 ft).
Unit 14 is on the second floor (stairs required) and features a lovely screened front lanai. Inside you’ll find a New King Bed (not pictured), pull-out sofa, WiFi, 2 Roku TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a tub for the kiddos.
Enjoy access to the heated pool plus a beach gear storage room stocked with chairs, toys, shades, and an umbrella. You’ll have the entire condo to yourself, along with one dedicated parking space.
We’re local and just down the street (within 3 miles) if you need anything. Our storefront is at 119 Bridge Street—stop by and say hello!
This quiet, 16-unit complex offers the perfect balance: peaceful surroundings just steps from the dining, shops, and fun of Bridge Street. Once you arrive, you can walk almost everywhere or hop on the free island trolley to explore all of Anna Maria.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING or VAPING WITHIN THE BUILDING, THAT INCLUDES THE LANAI , POOL, AND FRONT DOOR AREA! $250 FINE!!!

Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.

The host went above and beyond. We flew in and arrived 3 hours early. The host allowed us to begin our stay early. There was a glitch with the lock (WiFi issue). We called and the host corrected it within 5 minutes. The condo was as described, and clean. The pool and property outside was great. The location was awesome. Two blocks south to Bridge street and all the entertainment and restaurants. A short walk north on Gulf Rd to more restaurants, and a short walk to the Gulf beach. A FREE trolley that takes you to both the north and south ends of the island too, with a stop 2 blocks away. Yea, our trip was excellent. Thanks.

I recently stayed at this stunning beach apartment and had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. the apartment offers easy access to the sand and sea, perfect for morning walks and evening sunsets. The neighborhood is vibrant and friendly, with a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It’s also conveniently close to local attractions and recreational activities, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and adventure.
The service provided by the management team was outstanding. From the seamless check-in process to their attentiveness throughout my stay, I felt truly taken care of. Any questions I had were promptly answered, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a perfect stay.
I highly recommend this beach apartment to anyone looking for a luxurious and hassle-free beach getaway. Everything was amazing, and the service was top-notch. I would definitely stay here again and rate this property 5 out of 5 stars.
