This location is as advertised. Location Clean Easy Amenities Surrounding sites/merchants/restaurants No issues at all !!

Location was good, staff in office on Dipatacio 288 was very responsive. Having said that, we had some issues with the overall maintenance: toilet seat broken person almost fell off toilet, dishwasher not working properly (no heat) only coldwater, absolutely no instructions in English for laundry machine or dishwasher. Ended up washing dishes by hand. Very frustrating to use. Even the office did not know how to use these machines. Overall I would rate it a "6" for these faults I have listed.

Spacious and basic - nice balcony, comfortable beds good shower. Needs a little tlc here and there. Like the communication via the app and what’s app and the use of a digital key.
