About this house rental
Stunning home on the bay with serene sunset watching from expansive sunporch and screen porch each spanning 50ft by 12 ft (600 sf). Home has a private pool overlooking the bay. Boat launch access is nearby and easily accessible. This home is a 5 minute drive to beaches and fine dining and a 1 hour drive from New Orleans. There are two spacious living rooms with wet bars, a dartboard by the pool, a pool table, and bookshelves loaded with games! Three of the four bedrooms are ensuites with french doors/access to porches and unobstructed views of the bay. The main floor has a screened porch with a firepit, dining table/chairs, and sofa seating right off of the main living room. The upstairs floor has a beautiful sunporch (with screened windows that open) and includes another dining table/chairs, sofa and seating which is situated right off of the billiards room with a wet bar. The living areas on both floors have access to a porch to create the perfect entertaining space and flow. Upstairs living room recently converted to a billiards room with a new 8 foot pool table. This home sits on open water for all of your water sports!! A children’s kayak is provided for guests. Enjoy great fishing off the dock with a spotlight. This house has everything you would want for luxury living on the bay! NOTE: Owner's boat, boatlift, and deck above boat house on property are not available for renter use. The dock can be used for fishing and other activities. Disclosure: There are three cameras located on the property (front door, screened porch, and one overlooking the pool). This home is cable free, but has Apple TV available to stream any of your personal apps to enjoy. Mooring poles are available for temporary docking of your personal boat, but please see rental agreement for more details. Overnight docking is not advised.

The house was nice, clean, and well maintained. We had two families, and had plenty of room for kids and adults alike. One of the best features of the house is how it’s positioned. It faces the bay and doesn’t get hit with direct sunlight in the morning or evening making sunrise and sunset very enjoyable from the porches or yard. We have stayed here twice and will stay here again.

We had a great stay, this is a beautiful property with amazing views of the bay. The house is spacious and clean, and the pool was a game changer for us since we were visiting with young children. We stayed in it the whole trip. Loved the screened porch and also closed in porch for relaxing with coffee and enjoying the view. We also brought a boat and were able to put in at the neighborhood boat launch, which was very convenient. You do have to get your boat out daily because of the tides, but this wasn’t a huge deal since the boat launch was so close. The owner was very communicative, and gave us her number to call if we needed anything, and was helpful when we called her about where to launch our boat. Overall, great stay and we plan to visit again!
