About this apartment rental
Escape to this airy lake-side apartment with a private terrace. Situated at the top of a two-story semi-detached house, a few minutes walk from Lake Maggiore, this peaceful property benefits from a sunny terrace and the most enviable views across the lake and surrounding countryside.
The spacious open-plan living area is furnished with a small dining table and four chairs, a comfortable double sofa bed and a flat-screen HDTV. Large, floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto the terrace creating a wonderful alfresco extension and the perfect spot to relax at any time of the day. The well-equipped kitchen is fitted with a microwave, cooker hob, oven, fridge freezer and a coffee machine.

Location
The apartment is located a few minutes drive from the center of Laveno-Mombello and a good selection of shops, and restaurants. Many of Lake Maggiore’s most beautiful beaches are nearby. The water sports club of Ispra, Monvalle Beach and the Rocca di Angera castle are all within a 4 - 20-minute drive away.
A frequent car passenger ferry service is also located in Laveno-Mombello and will take guests to the western shore hotspots of Verbania (for fine dining and historical sites), Intra (for the Stresa Borromean Island boat tours) and Pallanza (for the botanical gardens of Villa Taranto). All stops take approximately 20 minutes to reach by ferry. The surrounding shoreline provides the perfect location for sightseeing and classic holiday fun with many eateries, ice cream shops, bars and restaurants.
The closest airport is Malpensa Airport a 48-minute drive away from the accommodation.
