Step into the open-concept living area where a fully equipped kitchen awaits, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast island, and a formal dining area ideal for shared meals. After a day at the parks, enjoy family game nights in the dedicated games room with a pool table, air hockey, and a large TV for entertainment.

Outdoors, the private screened-in pool with a child safety fence is the highlight of the home. Comfortable sun loungers and patio seating make it the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and soak up the Florida sunshine.

• POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.

The property is new, well-priced, and in a great location within the resort. Communication was polite and responsive—seems like it’s managed by a company rather than an individual host, and they appeared to be doing their job.That said, there were quite a few issues during our stay:1.Resort Entry: Our names weren’t added to the resort’s guest list, so we were denied entry on arrival. I had to call the emergency line to get added and then wait in a 30-minute car line again just to get in.2.Pool Heat and Cleaning: We paid for pool heat, but it wasn’t turned on until the end of the second day. The pool wasn’t cleaned until then either—there was a bottle cap and debris sitting at the bottom until cleaners finally came.3.Maintenance Issues: Several things were broken when we arrived—curtain rods, a towel holder, and one of the lounge chairs. Nothing major, but I’d expect that sort of stuff to be repaired between guests.4.AC Problems: The AC on the lower floor wasn’t working all week. We had it set to 72, but it stayed around 76–78. Two repairmen showed up on day two (without us requesting them), which tells me the issue was known beforehand—but it still wasn’t resolved.5.Pest Control: We came across around 10–15 small roaches over the course of the week, mostly on the main floor near the fridge and dishwasher. Not overwhelming, but definitely not ideal.If the company addresses these issues, I’d consider staying again—the house itself has potential, and the locat
