Check-in was not a problem. I wasn't expecting the "Ritz" but it was very comfortable. The owner texted me almost immediately when I had a couple of concerns.

we came for a family memorial and this house was great. fit my immediately family well and then we hosted a pasta dinner for some extended family. had plenty of space to sit between inside and outside. John was AMAZINGLY assessable… answered all questions with hours, if not minutes.

Easy check in/ checkout. Very close to 28A and 28. Lake views, quiet neighborhood. Had everything we needed.
