About 6 miles away you’ll find Pembrey Country Park and Burry Port – a coastal country park and traditional Welsh seaside town definitely worth a visit. About ten miles away is the nearest bigger town of Carmarthen, where you’ll find shopping centres, a cinema, a bowling alley and lots of places to eat and drink — and even another castle!
