The Bluffton Village Home is ideally located at the heart of Old Town's charming restaurants, shops, activities and the May River. This stunning Lowcountry Bluffton vacation rental home and carriage house offers 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, chef inspired kitchens, dual washers and dryers, comfortable living space, modern technology, and relaxing outdoor living with gas firepit and grill on a private tidal creek. One of the only luxury homes in Old Town of this size, easily walkable to the best amenities that Bluffton has to offer!
Showcasing beautiful Lowcountry architecture and antique heart pine flooring throughout, the Main House features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Upstairs features the primary suite with king bed, private balcony, ensuite bathroom with shower made for two, and ample walk-in closet space. Another spacious king bedroom as well as a queen bedroom and shared bathroom are also located on the second floor.
The main level offers an additional large king bedroom with sitting area and convertible sofa bed, walk-in closet and adjacent full bathroom. The fully outfitted kitchen is perfect for showing off your culinary skills! Offering stainless appliances and gourmet kitchenware, it flows into a large dining area with table and barstools that can comfortably accommodate 10 guests for meals and game night. The primary living room offers ample seating and a 65" smart TV to catch the game or access to your personal streaming services. A laundry and mud room lead out to the back yard and patio.
The included Carriage House is comfortable for two guests and has its own selection of amenities. With a queen size bedroom, full bathroom with shower that also includes a secondary washer and dryer, cozy living space and full kitchen with similar appliances and kitchenware, this is the perfect spot for those who desire some additional privacy.
Outdoor space at The Bluffton Village Home exudes Carolina charm with swaying Spanish moss and a swing hung from the live oak, palmetto trees, tabby shell pathways, comfortable patio seating around a gas fire pit and grill, and the scent of saltwater on the breeze coming from the nearby May River.
Ample driveway parking is available for up to 5 vehicles or even a boat if you plan on launching on the May River at the nearby public dock.

Loved the home with plenty of room for our extended family and grandson. We were able to walk to destinations and enjoy the quiet neighborhood. Host was easy to work with and very responsive to any questions. We also rented the home next door- equally lovely

The house in Bluffton fit our needs exactly. The carriage house was a welcome haven for our son and the four bedrooms in the house were well appointed.

I and several of my siblings stayed here for a family get together weekend. Had a great time playing games around the large kitchen table. Location of property is close enough to walk to many restaurants and shops. Beds and furnishings were very comfortable.
