Egrets Pointe, Unit 492

Egrets Point is beautiful. Vacasa is amazing and we loved having views of the turtle pond. The house is super clean and peaceful. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Loved the view of the Lagoon from this very nice condo in the gated community of Wyndham. The condo has been updated and equipped with all you need to enjoy your time at the resort, the bay, or the beach. It included the Wyndham amenities pass so you could access the pool, gym, and other seasonal options within the resort.

The beds were a problem for me. My husband liked the king master bed, but I couldn't sleep well on it. I tried the queen bed in another room and could not sleep on it at all as this one was even more firm than the king. I am not a complainer, but I woke up hurting every morning. If you like an extremely firm (plank) bed you won't have any problems. I loved staying at the condo but next time I will have to bring a foam bed topper.

The accommodations very nice good location. plenty of space for walking in and around the condominium. Bedrooms very nice and kitchen well equipped. Outdoor table on the deck was nice. Enjoyed the peaceful sounds of the fountains and the fact they were lit up at night.

Could not get away from the mosquitos. Area needed to be sprayed to enjoy outdoors. Outdoor furniture near the lagoon could be upscaled. Rug on stairs need replacing. Check out time too early and check in time too late for the price.

The location is great, it's right on the lagoon and it's in walking distance to the pool and playground areas. Resort amenities were included.

There were personal photos of the owners' family all over the place. On the walls, beside the beds, beside the couches in the living room.. kids, grandparents, couples.. it felt weird to have so many of the owners' personal items in the space. This unit does not have a keypad entry, you have to pick up physical keys from a property management office located off the resort on the way in. Even though it says you'll have access to the unit at 4pm, you actually won't get your keys until 4pm, and then you have to drive over to the resort property and wait for a parking pass to be issued before you can even enter the gate to get to your unit. Staff at the office were not friendly or helpful in this regard. We were given an envelope at the window with two keys, a list of resort rules, and no additional information. This made check-in confusing and created an additional delay in accessing the unit as we waited for clarification.
