We loved my stay here. It’s very comfortable and clean. Just a short walk from the station and from the big stores. The guest support is very responsive to my questions and request. Highly recommended!

None really but if i were to nitpick, I wish there were dish towels available.

The prompt response to any query I had prior to arrival set the tone for our stay. We were very impressed at the comfort and cleanliness of this compact accommodation. It was perfect for our needs, close to the centre of the town. We liked the light airy apartment, comfortable bed, great laundry facilities, couch to sit on. The nice touches such as provision of razors, tooth brushes, wash sponges were appreciated.

Perhaps it’s cultural - we are used to drying our dishes but there was nothing to dry them with. But there was also nowhere to leave them draining as the only bench space was occupied by the cooking elements. That provided a bit of a dilemma.

Clean and new equipments, great bed! Easy access from the station, close to a konbini!

Located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk from Onomichi Station.

衛生與清潔：整體環境乾淨整潔，但細節處仍有提升空間。例如落地窗邊積有較大片灰塵；雖然房內備有簡單清潔工具可供使用，但入住初期的視覺體驗稍受影響。 隔音與環境：房屋周邊環境清幽寧靜，唯獨房間之間的隔音表現較為普通。若鄰居或上下樓層房客動作較大、腳步聲偏重，容易產生噪音干擾。 服務與入住：上班時間現場無工作人員駐點，若對電子密碼鎖操作不熟悉的旅客，在尋求即時協助上可能較不方便。 空間與動線：房內沙發佔用較多空間且影響行走動線，建議替換為簡約的桌椅組，以提升空間實用度。 Cleanliness & Maintenance: Overall, the room is tidy and clean, though some details could be improved. For instance, there was a noticeable layer of dust near the French doors. Although basic cleaning tools are provided for self-use, finding this upon arrival leaves a less-than-ideal first impression. Sound Insulation & Environment: The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, but soundproof performance between rooms is somewhat lacking. Noise and heavy footsteps from neighboring rooms or other floors can be easily heard. Staff Availability: There are no staff on-site during working hours. Travelers who are unfamiliar with smart keypad locks may find it difficult to get immediate assistance. Furnishings & Layout: The sofa feels somewhat unnecessary and obstructs the walking path. Replacing it with a simple set of table and chairs would greatly optimize the space.
