Little Bivvy

Great property. Plenty of space, great views of the Lake. Only a short drive to town centre. Enjoyed my stay

There was breakfast, sorry we did not notice! The one bed unit has a great layout. I will try and book again next time for sure. We walked down to the waters edge. The view to the mountains at sunset is really special.

A couple of minor points: 1. I would add a triangle of concrete to the east side turn-in on the parking space. 2. I have floor heating in the bathroom at home. I would have installed that in the Little Bivvy. If floor heating can be retro-fitted I would look into that.

Big room and got everything I need, especially a big dryer machine for my wet gears.

For two mornings when I wake up, the door was opened but locked. I have habit to check the lock and door to make sure it is closed and locked properly, but in the morning when I wake up it always opens. Washing machine was not useful in the first night, but somehow in the morning after I found that door was opened, the wash machine is working again. I thought the strong wind blow the door open, but the noise will wake me up. So my best guess would be someone somehow opened the door and locked but didn’t close properly, and leave it open. The people who manage this property told me the keys are checked and the property should be secured, really?

We loved how beautiful the view was of Jindabyne and the surrounding area of Little Bivvy was gorgeous, particularly the reserve at the end of the street. Further, there was a parking space just for our unit which was great.

There was a Nespresso coffee machine provided, how ever no coffee pods… The bedding was quite light and we got cold until the last night that we found the small panel heater in the wardrobe.
