Die Häuser sind gut ausgestattet und die Anlage ruhig. Durch den alten Baumbestand sind die anderen Bungalows erst auf dem zweiten Blick zu sehen und das Restaurant ist sehr gut.
Der Zutritt zu der Unterkunft ist erst um 15 Uhr möglich, obwohl das Haus frei war und nicht mehr extra gereinigt wurde. Die Sauberkeit ist verbesserungswürdig.

Kein Staubsauger im Haus, Bei Bezug des Hauses war noch ein Ascher und ein Mülleimer nicht entleert. Das Grundstück war enttäuschend klein. Ohne jegliche Rasenfläche.
