Vila de Campos - Gerês

We stayed 10 days and this place is excellent to relax in a peaceful environment. Celia is among the best hosts you can find, very kind, caring and helpful. She makes everything to make you feel comfortable. Besides the facilities, the landscape all around are beautiful. If I know anyone who wants to go to Portugal, I would totally recommend Vila de Campos

Can be sometimes tricky to park a car close to the river beaches, but with patience it usually works

Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, nieskazitelna czystość zarówno w apartamencie jak i basen; bardzo komfortowe mieszkanko z tarasem; super sprawa komunikacja z Celia która troszczyła się o nas na każdym roku (dziękujemy!).

Absolutnie nic

Notre séjour d'une semaine à Vila de Campos à plus que répondu à nos attentes. Le lieu : superbe panorama sur la Serra do Gerês. Reposant, apaisant. L'appartement situé au dernier étage est composé d'une superbe terrasse de 20 m2 dominant la vallée et la nature, soleil quasi toute la journée. Très très propre, belle salle de bain moderne, cuisine très équipée, tout ce qu'il faut. Piscine et abords de la piscine très bien adaptés au séjour. Coin barbecue très bien équipé avec possibilité de manger dans le jardin avec tout les équipements à disposition sans avoir à descendre quoi que ce soit du logement. Notre hôte Célia : exceptionnelle !!! je la remercie vraiment pour son accueil, sa bienveillance à chaque instant et son professionnalisme. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, nous nous sommes organisés pour des balades en voiture ou randonnées le matin suivis des après-midi détente autour de la piscine. Il y a beaucoup de choses à voir dans cette belle région du Portugal. Je recommande sans hésiter ce lieu pour son environnement, qualité des services et tous les soins que nous réserve Célia. Merci Célia, on se reverra .....

From start to finish, this apartment was just wonderful! Celia the host met us on arrival and could not do enough for us. The apartment had absolutely everything we could need for a week of self catering and was spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfy and the patio area was perfect for sun soaking on the loungers. The pool and garden area was beautifully kept and there was a great selection of loungers and chairs/tables with shade if required. There was also a great outdoor cooking/eating area although we didn't get round to using it. The whole apartment place is secured by electric gates and there was plenty of space for all 3 apartments to park their cars. There are lots of beautiful sights nearby for nice days out of walking/sightseeing. Places we went to include the Sao Bento trail, Rio do Arado & Cascata Tahiti waterfalls, Sanctuary of Bom Jesus do Monte, Vilarinho da Furna sunken village and reservoir. We also spent a day in Braga which took us about 40 minutes to drive to. We used the Lidl in nearby Vieira de Minho which was about 15 minute drive away and ate dinner and relaxed on the patio most evenings although we went to Restaurante Cabreira Terrace for dinner on our last evening which was stunning with incredible views (the Creme Brulee was unreal!!). We had an amazing week here and would recommend it to anyone looking to get away for a week of breath taking scenery and lovely people!
