La ubicación era buena, solo un día tuve dificultades para llegar por los horarios de los trenes, no era muy tade

Los espacios son súper reducidos pero cumple con el objetivo de tener donde dormir

We stayed for 2 days. We arrived late in the evening and the road to the apartment from the metro station was not pleasant. However, the 24 tram right 1 min walk from the apartment is very convenient ( we missed this point and thats why had to walk from the metro), the tram takes you directly to the centre. We liked it. The host was very nice and communicative. We liked the welcome note from the host, it was useful. Plus, that you do not have to meet host and get the keys and then go to the location was also good, the keys were left in the key box, so this was very convenient. Soap, detergent, hairdryer, washing and coffee machine were available, it was nice.

I would recommend to pay a bit more attention to a cleaning service. Plus mugs were not washed well. And maybe it would be nice to have a box of tissues available. new sofa with pillows would be nice too, as it was not much comfortable to sleep.

Dużo udogodnień - lodówka, butelki z wodą, czajnik, palniki do gotowania, pralka, ręczniki, tv i winda. Dotarcie do obiektu nie jest najgorsze bo mimo że oddalone od centrum, to kursuje tramwaj. Gospodarze szybko odpisywali na wiadomości i pytania.

Kanapa do spania nie była wygodna ale kanapy takie bywają, zmiana na łóżko poprawiłaby komfort.

La ubicación (aunque la zona está algo alejada del centro, con el tranvía llegas en 15 minutos). Estaba bastante limpio y contaba con todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios (incluido sal, orégano y café).

A pesar de que estos días han subido las temperaturas en Milán, pasamos algo de frío por la noche. La calefacción no funcionaba, nos comentaron que la habían apagado a nivel general en el edificio. Nos pareció extraño, pues el radiador era eléctrico y suelen funcionar de manera autónoma. Igualmente, lo entendimos, pero les pedimos si podían ofrecernos unas mantas extra, ya que lo único que proporcionaron fue un edredón muy fino (no era suficiente). Pasaron los días y no nos contestaron. Por lo tanto, la atención fue bastante mala. Además, la puerta de la ducha estaba rota y no podíamos cerrarla correctamente. Aunque los propietarios nos comentaron que la habían roto los anteriores huéspedes, hemos visto comentarios que lo mencionan desde hace meses.
