Convenient location that is close to transit, shops and restaurants. The studio has everything you would need for a stay, including a kitchenette (no microwave though) and washer/dryer. The bed is a pullout couch but is comfortable.
It is small, so would be suitable for one person. It wasn’t stated in the policies but I noted other reviewers had mentioned it and was helpful to know: guests are asked to take out the trash, put things in the dishwasher, and strip the bed at the end of their stay.

No parking. Infact, our car got broken into. Also it’s a Murphy bed but online looks like a separate bedroom
