Great communication with the host. Large and spacious place including a kitchen and washer. Fans were provided. Busses available close by and groceries are within walking distance. Safe with fire station close by - we never heard them. Quiet neighborhood.
No air conditioning so it does get warm. We appreciated the fans. Location is a bit difficult even for taxi - you climb hill to main street. It is older home but is acceptable

Mainly, the gorgeous view, the location and proximity to the Camino, and the wonderful host. But I loved everything.
I can't think of anything that was lacking.

The house did offer a washing machine and drier
We stayed on a hot day and the house has no A/C but neither did it have any fans available. It was unbearably hot in the house. This is an older property with all that entail in terms of pipes and water supply, there was no bottled water provided for when you first arrived.
