- No había aire acondicionado ni ventilador en las habitaciones. - Con respecto al edificio, es una tercera planta sin ascensor y escaleras pronunciadas. - La comunidad puede cuidar mejor el edificio.

La ubicación y el interior del departamento.

La fachada del edificio malas condiciones, la zona comunes, escaleras y acesso fatal. En cuánto al interior todo perfecto menos las camas que incómodas, antiguas e inestables total la tv no va bien y se podría mejorar. Podrían y deberían mejorar si o si las camas. Para tener un buen descanso.

The only problem with this location, 3rd floor and no elevator. Otherwise, it was good.

Elevator.

The location is truly exceptional, situated right in the heart of Cádiz. Every walk outside revealed charming new streets and fascinating local spots—I couldn’t have asked for a better spot. While the accommodation itself was functional and livable, the experience was slightly dampened by a few minor inconveniences.

While there was no single major issue, the stay was impacted by a series of smaller maintenance and cleanliness details that need attention: Noisy Bed Frames: The basic metal bed supports made a loud screeching noise with even the slightest movement, which disrupted our sleep. Loose Floor Tiles: Several tiles were loose, giving the apartment an unfinished feel. Plumbing Issues: The bathroom sink was mostly clogged upon our arrival. Poor TV Reception: The television signal was very weak, resulting in poor picture quality (minor issue for us tbh) Housekeeping: The initial cleaning felt rushed; we found hair on the floor and the sofa was a bit dirty also. Loud Air Conditioning: The AC unit made a loud, recurring pumping noise every 15 minutes, making it difficult to keep on during the night.
