The location was good staff can be a bit more polite and put a smile on their face and try to speak more english some can and some on duty does not even answer you when you ask them something so they can learn to be more polite as they dealing with foreigners in a city that you need to know how to get to places but most of them just say they don’t know I find that rude being in a new city and the staff in a hospitality business just look at you without helping you

The property has not many facilities to keep u occupied like they show A Gym I never saw a Gym or any other facilities like a sauna or steam room

Rooms were spacious staff were so helpful Location is good though it is not on min rood u need to go higher Breakfast is really good with plenty of items Rate was good View if you have balcony was great Taxi station one minute away Car parking available

Be careful with location as there are 2 hotels with same name in different location

Kahvaltı yeterliydi, otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Nevresimler ve havlular temizdi, yatak ve yastıklar rahattı.

Oda temizliği kötüydü, yatak üzerine konan mini masanın üzeri önceki misafirden kaldığı gibiydi, temizlenmemişti. Odanın zemini temiz değildi, yatağın konumlandırması/tasarımı kullanıcı deneyimi gözetilerek yapılmamıştı- bacaklarımızda morluklarla eve döndük. Lavabonun tasarımı da çok kötüydü- musluk çok geride kalıyordu, lavabo çok büyük olduğu için malzemeleri koyacak yer yoktu. Odada dolap yoktu.
