Great stay!

Location was perfect, 5 minutes to the beach. Staff was lovely! Room was pretty clean, they cleaned it every two days.

Beds were not very comfortable and apartment needs renovation in general.

Great place to stay close to the beach.

Perfectly functional room for our family (two teenagers) for our 5 day stay. Right in the guts of the Protaras strip. 5 mins from Vrissi beach. Really helpful and friendly staff.

Great hotel, well connected by two main bus lines on the main street, which can take you anywhere.

Excellent location on the main street. The hotel has a pool that is thoroughly cleaned every morning. The staff is friendly and helpful with anything you might need, whether something is missing or if there’s a problem. The on-site bar is great, and the food is excellent. The same staff members work both at the hotel and the bar. The hotel is respectful towards people with disabilities and is actively working to ensure they have the best possible stay.

Room cleaning is done every two to three days, which is not a problem, but it would be helpful to have something in the room to clean the sand off the floor in the meantime, when returning from the beach. The adapters for UK sockets are loose — we bought new ones, but even those were unstable when using an EU charger, causing frequent loss of contact.

Great apartment, great location, great customer service.

Great size apartment with separate lounge/dinning area to the main bedroom and wc. Very convenient for the restaurant and bar with first class service, warm friendly welcome from everyone at the Flora Hotel Apartments. Multiple TVs gave great viewing of the global sports available.

Hard to find fault with the service provided, I did notice the investment with new mattresses being fitted across all levels.

Great position, friendly staff, good prices.

Beds were lumpy and very uncomfortable, no tea towels or cleaning sponge to wipe round or clean cups etc, Very basic kitchen.

Very enjoyable weekend break at tha Flora Hotel Appts which was very enjoyable.

This was a short two day break to Protaras for my wife’s birthday. My only slight gripe was the mattresses on the beds. I don’t know if they were new but they were very hard. We had two breakfasts and one evening meal which were all delicious A special shout out to all the staff who were all brilliant. This was our second short stay at the Flora Hotel Appts and we will definitely be back later in the year.

Good for the more money and a great price.

It was a great location, the rooms were adequate if not a little dated with the furniture but air conditioning worked well, cooking facilities were acceptable. It was a very reasonable rate for its location.

The furniture was very old and dated, the balcony was a little small to sit outside.

It was very comfortable and good value for money.

It was ideally positioned for the beach, bars, shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately as they had just opened after the winter the reception area was very messy. The fridge was too cold as there was no door on the freezer section and the painting finish in the room wasn’t good.

Great little hotel in the heart of Protaras

Great location, large bright and clean rooms - a really good base for restaurants, bars, beach, bus to other areas etc. Good value for money. When asking to pay for late check out, this wasn't a problem as no one else was checking into our room, and they didn't charge us any extra, which was great. Get a room on the 4th floor, city view, and you'll have a sea view and could even catch a beautiful sunrise

Great location & value for money

Great location.. On the main strip with lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. It is in the “buzzy” part of Protaras so lots of people around the evening, but the rooms facing the pool are quiet so you can’t notice it (request one of these if you want an early night). Bus stop right outside the apartment which was very convenient for travelling around if you want to explore the area (15-20 mins to Green Bay and Konnos Bay). It was a 5 min walk to a lovely beach / promenade. Fig Tree bay (one of the most popular beaches in Cyprus) was a 15 min walk away which isn’t far at all, but I actually preferred the beach closer to the apartment :) The room was spacious and had a balcony. Aircon worked well too. Giorgos was very friendly and helpful.. I was able to leave my bag at reception and use the pool until I left for Larnaca at like 4pm, thank you again!

overall we took this place just for overnights and it did it well. Fair price!

The location is perfect! We had a quiet room with pool view, everything was very clean! The boy at reception was very attentive and sweet with good service.

We had a problem with hot water that was fixed immediately, the hotel itself is old, but part of the furniture is replaced. The room was better compared to lobby that looks dated. There were big cockroaches nearby hotel and in the room!

Würden definitiv wieder kommen

Das einfache Apartement ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen bietet aber viel Platz. Balkon klein aber für 2 Personen ok. Während unserem 8 tägigen Aufenthalt wurden 3x die Hand- und Duschtücher ausgetauscht. Personal sehr sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Haben gute Restaurant Tipps bekommen. Am letzten Tag durften wir noch in einem neuen Zimmer vor der Abreise duschen. Haben wir sehr geschätzt. Zimmer zur Poolseite sind etwas ruhiger. Lage super, am Anfang der Restaurant und Barstrasse. An der nächsten Kreuzung ein Supermarkt. Bushaltestelle nach Konos Beach, Ayia Napa, Nissi Beach gleich gegenüber dem Hotel (Euro 1.50 pP am Tag und 2.50 pP in der Nacht, ca. 40 min.) Der Strand ist in ca. 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. 2 Liegen und 1 Sonnenschirm kosten Euro 7.50, anfangs September muss man vor 9 Uhr dort sein um einen Platz zu bekommen. Für uns einer der schönsten Strände da sich die Leute gut verteilen. Top Möglichkeiten um sich am Mittag zu verpflegen.

Trotz Küchenzeile keine Utensilien zum kochen. Nur ein paar Teller, Gläser, Tassen und Besteck. Wasserkocher vorhanden. Um ein kaltes Frühstück zu machen würde es knapp ausreichen. Beim Zimmerbeschrieb fehlt ein Foto der Küche.

Pre nás pozitíva prevýšili negatíva.

Ubytovanie je v Protaras v centre diania, čiže pokiaľ chcete mať po ruke reštaurácie, bary, obchody - je to miesto pre vás. Nám sa umiestnenie práve z týchto dôvodov veľmi páčilo. Toto miesto sme si vybrali aj kvôli blízkej pláži Fig Tree Bay, ktorá je nádherná ako celá pláž neďaleko hotela. Raňajky boli výnimočné. Personál vychádzal v ústrety vo všetkom :)
