This is a really beautiful apartment, very unusual as it is a vertical property with 4 floors. Well appointed, with a sun room and little courtyard garden to relax in. It had everything you could need. The location in Foz do Douro was ideal, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and 100m from the bus stop where the number 500 bus took us to central Porto in about 20 mins. We have stayed in central Porto before but as a family we preferred this location. The apartment was exceptionally clean and communication with the host was very easy. It was a nice touch to have a bottle of port waiting for us. We would definitely stay there again .
We liked everything about the apartment. Due to the 4 flights of stairs it may not be suitable for older people or families with very small children but was ideal for us

Das Appartement ist chic und ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht.
Die Lage ist unschlagbar, nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand und zur Strandbar, genauso wie zum Supermarkt und zur Bushaltestelle. Die Linie 500 fährt direkt in die Stadt.
Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, allerdings hatten wir nur telefonisch Kontakt. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir auch extra Handtücher.
Überall gibt es Klimaanlagen und besonders schön ist der Platz draußen.
Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, denn die Unterkunft verteilt sich auf 4 Etagen.
Und es ist auch sehr hellhörig.

Die Lage des Apartments ist perfekt, Nähe Strand und Lebensmittelladen. Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind auf vier Stockwerken, in jedem Stockwerk hat es eine leistungsstarke Klimaanlage. Obwohl sehr zentral gelegen, ist es ruhig. An der Haustür und der Wohnungstür bekommt man einen Code, somit ist man unabhängig innerhalb der Gruppe und muss sich nicht mit einem Schlüssel absprechen.
Es ist praktisch, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder Taxi anzureisen. Es gibt viele Parkplätze im Quartier, maximale Dauer ist 2 Stunden, man muss nachzahlen (geht auch per App).

Location was excellent, it was right across from the beach and a lovely beach bar and restaurant. Also close to cafes and restaurants. Kitchen and facilities in apartment were also very good.
Bedroom on third floor was bit of a trek up and down if you forgot something. Also suggest putting panelling against staircase on third floor as would not be suitable for young children.
