Požádal jsem na kontaktním telefonu o vysvětlení check-in (už jsem stal před vchodovými dveřmi). Evidentně zahraniční paní na telefonu mne slušně odkázala na automatické zprávy a videa v aplikaci booking. Takhle si opravdu nepředstavuji přístup někoho, kdo pronajímá pokoj za více než 6000 na dvě noci!!! Toaletní papír jsem musel hledat, sprcha je rozbitá, dveře do koupelny jsem musel přetlačovat (drhnutí). Všude příšerná zima a nefunkční jakékoliv topidlo :((((
