Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Wir durften früher einchecken und bekamen am Abreisetag sogar noch das Angebot ein paar Stunden später aus zu checken.
Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat einen schönen kleinen Balkon mit herrlichen Ausblick!

Good communication and precise instructions of the owner.
The house is very warm and cosy. It was nicely decorated for Christmas.
The fire burner works perfectly and all the supplies to use it are provided. One bucket of wood is free, additional buckets are 5€ each.
Amazing WiFi connection, smart TV. Pet friendly.
As mentioned in other comments, there is no proper parking for the car.
The car can be left on the road in front, but it's very narrow and there are constructions nearby, so trucks need to pass. It can be parked for free down the road at the train station.
There is no freezer, and towels provided are of the small kind. Warm water is limited.
It would be nice to have basic cleaning supplies, like a broom or hoover.

Die Lage ist super, etwas abseits damit es ruhig ist, aber man kann zu Fuß die Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten erreichen. Das Haus selbst ist freistehend ohne störende Mitmieter oder Nachbarn.
Küche, Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer sind toll ausgestattet, alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden.
Der Blick, vor allem aus dem Obergeschoss ist toll!
Die vorhandenen Handtücher sind leider keine Duschtücher, zum Glück hatten wir hier vorsorglich selbst welche mitgebracht.
Auch eine kleine Investition in einen neuen Toilettendeckel und eine neue -bürste wären angebracht.
Das hier aber nur als Verbesserungsvorschlag!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet. Vermieter sehr freundlich.
Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.
