Great location, but everything else about the stay was extremely disappointing.

The only positive aspect of our stay was the location — it is convenient and close to the beach.

Unfortunately, everything else was very disappointing. The unit was dirty upon arrival, with a strong smell of weed that never went away. Our children’s hands and feet got dirty just from walking on the floor. The sofa bed had no bedding provided, and when cleaning was finally arranged, it was very minimal (only the kitchen and living room were wiped, with some spray in the hallway). Bedrooms and bathrooms were never properly cleaned. We also reported a clogged sink in the master bathroom. Maintenance never fixed it, and the one time they showed up was at almost 10 PM, when we were at the hospital with our child after an accident — completely unacceptable timing. Overall, aside from the location, this was a very disappointing experience.

The location was excellent, the view was beautiful. The apartment have a great size and was very comfortable, except the sofa beautiful but a little bit uncomfortable.

That they didn't have extra garbage bags, one of the dinning room chairs was broken, but everything else was super!

No Breakfast but lots of options to dine within the area of Hollywood .

Turismo aventura cada vez que tomas el elevador....

El apartamento era muy confortable.

Los elevadores son un desastre. Ademas de las esperas eternas, fallaban permanentemente. Dos días seguidos vinieron los bomberos a rescatar gente atrapada. Sino prepárense para subir y bajar por la escalera hasta 40 pisos....
