The apartment is located right in the center of Kos town. The main square is 1 min walking while the beach is 5 min walking distance. It has 2 big bedrooms, a big fully equipped kitchen, a small balcony in front of the main road, a big balcony in the back yard and a big toilet with a walking shower. Even if the building is old, the apartment has been refreshed. It can easily host 4-5 people. Also good value for money.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and maybe the stairs will not be that easy for elderly people. The front door of the building is the main door to lock for the apartment. As it is very old you need to lock it every time you leave the apartment as it can be opened easily by a push.
A microwave could be a plus.

Great central location in Kos town overlooking the Agora. Big comfortable beds, the air conditioning in each bedroom cools the apartment and there is a lot of wardrobe space.
The apartment is tired and in need of modernisation and a good clean rather than the lick round it looked to have had. Tiled floor needs replacing in parts and the WiFi reception is weak and poor outside of the kitchen area. Pillows need replacing. Outside rear balcony area is cheaply furnished and tatty. There wasn’t a key to lock the inner door to the apartment. Not a 4 star standard property in our view and over priced.
