Starfish Villa

Location and balcony view of the beach was amazing. The bathroom and kitchen was very functional as well , and it was great to be able to park on location.

Keyless entry good. A llittle trouble at first but mostly my fault. Although there is nothing around the condo for dogs, the Frank Brown Park dog enclosure was great, and we met a bunch of nice people there. We liked the kitchen. The drawer on the stove was a bit of a pain, though. The location is great, very close to Pier Park and the dog beach. The parking was easy and our place was right off of the parking lot and very easy to move into and out of. The laundry room on the third floor is great. We enjoyed the sunsets. The place is really well and thoughtfully decorated. the balcony furniture was comfortable.

I'm not a big fan of having the bedroom at the entrance. We found the bedroom small. The bed was comfortable, however. I enjoyed the balcony facing the gulf; however, I didn't enjoy the people below smoking incessantlyl. (this is no fault of the premises.) I did not find the furniture comfortable. The wooden chairs were high and the only soft seating was the couch, and it was quite low. Very hard to get out of. The pool looks great but don't be fooled it is not heated. There is a place for a hot tub but alas there is no hot tub.
