The apartment was really big. Extremely clean. Amazing TV my kids loved. Well equipped. The host Mike was great. Met us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed and helped with any questions on how to get anywhere. Location is perfect. 3 lovely pools to chose from. Would really recommend.

The beds were hard. We did struggle with that.

Our entire stay was beyond anything we had imagined and was nothing short of perfect. We were met at the property by the owner/host Mikhail which set the tone for our stay. Mikhail was extremely pleasant and professional, providing us with information and tips on local restaurants, markets, excursions and much much more. This property was spotlessly clean and had everything you could think off, including its own underground garage which lead directly in to the property. The property itself is within a private gated complex of about 70 apartments but it was so quiet and peaceful, we felt like we had the place to ourselves.

We really loved this property. The apartment has two large double rooms, a twin bedroom, and two bathrooms. One of the rooms and the bathroom is on the lower floor, and the other two are at the level of the kitchen and garden. There is a small well-equipped kitchen, modern TV, comfortable sofa and indoor dining table. There is underground parking. It is very modern, clean and comfortable, and has air-conditioning. It is within an exceptionally well-maintained and secure compound with other apartments, but it felt very private and quiet. The house has a large patio, with well-shaded outdoor table and furniture, a private garden, and a small pool direct on the doorstep. This was ideal for us, as we had children and grandparents and everyone was very happy. There are also 2 other pools on the compound that we could use, which were very nice. There is a small restaurant in a hotel directly opposite the compound. We were able to get a regular bus from the main road, which was a short walk from the property and it was scheduled every 15 mins (only takes 5 minutes on the bus) into Sirmione, and it is also a nice walk (15-20 mins). Sirmione itself was beautiful and there was lots to visit in Lake Garda. The hosts were very professional and welcoming, and helped us with our stay and needs.

Fantastic accommodation and location. Quiet (except last day) and easily accessible swimming pool. Property security really good. Air con, linen, towels, washing (personal and clothes) available. Wifi and smart tv's (with Netflix and Playstation, although only free games available) good. Host was really attentive, answering all questions we had about the property, and providing information on local eateries etc.

Bins are a few minutes walk up the road. Wifi was not plugged in at the start of the stay, but sorted quickly.

It was beautiful and spacious with everything at hand. Location was great, walking distance to shops.

The only downside which wasn’t really a big deal was that there was no BBQ

This place deserves more than 10 . It has everything you may need and even more. The owner is super helpful and friendly, he gave us best advices and recommendations for our stay. I can’t tell how much we enjoyed our stay and we can’t wait to come back someday.

Husvärden (Mike) mötte upp och guidade oss ner till garaget som hade entré direkt in i lägenheten vilket ju är jättebra. Vi var sena (20:15) men det var inga problem för Mike. Jättetrevligt bemötande och genomgång av lägenheten och möjligheter till restauranger på kvällen och aktiviteter kommande dagar. Poolen var fin och alldeles nära lägenheten (20m).

Det kunde vara mer gångstråk mot vattnet, nu går man mycket längs bilvägar. Det var lite långt till stränder (1 - 1,5km). Det gör inget då vi bara var vuxna men lite trist med barn kanske. Dock är ju bilen nära i garaget (om man har hyrbil som vi).

Sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment in einer tollen, ruhigen und sauberen Wohnanlage mit mehreren Pools. Wir waren zu sechst und hatten mit den 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern ausreichend Platz. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen benötigt inkl. Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine, usw. Die Lage nahe dem historischen Zentrum von Sirmione ist perfekt. Die Anlage grenzt direkt an den See. Vermieter Mike ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns auch mit Insider-Tipps versorgt.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln!

מיקום נהדר, הבעלים מייק מקסים - אכפתי וזמין לכל פנייה. הבית נעים, נקי מאוד ומאובזר. 3 חדרי שינה, שניים מתוכם + חדר אמבטיה בקומת קרקע וחדר שינה אחד + חדר אמבטיה במרתף מאוורר ונעים. יש חניה תת קרקעית שמגיעה עד לבית - מאוד נוח עם מזוודות וקניות.

לנו (משפחה עם ילדים גדולים) הכל התאים. בגלל המדרגות וההפרדה של חדר השינה של ההורים שנמצא במרתף פחות מתאים לדעתי לילדים קטנים. אין שירותי נקיון והחלפת מגבות בזמן השהייה. יש מכונת כביסה ומתקן ייבוש אבל אין מייבש. בתמונות המקום נראה קצת גדול יותר מאשר במציאות אבל גם במציאות הוא מרווח מאוד, נוח ומתאים מאוד לשהייה של משפחה.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich großzügig und bot alles, was man brauchte.
