Sharm and Charme at Sharm El Sheikh

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la villa è molto spaziosa, pulita e accogliente. La piscina bellissima, molto grande e tenuta bene. Tarek è stato disponibile per ogni evenienza. Anche le escursioni fatte con loro sono state bellissime. Il ragazzo Mustafa ha soddisfatto tutti i nostri bisogni. Il soggiorno è stato fantastico, consigliamo a tutti di andare.

We went as a group of 5 and we all loved the villa!! We were welcomed so nicely by both Luana and Tarek. The house manager Tarek was extremely helpful and attentive to all our needs, also very responsive, literally a phone call away. The villa itself is amazing, looks even better in real life than the pictures, very clean, nice big pool, even has a big speaker for music too. It’s also completely private, we picked this place as we wear hijabs and wanted complete privacy at the pool and this place was perfect for that! The villa is literally a 3 minute walk to the beach, we went diving there and I’d definitely recommend, it’s also close to everything else in Sharm, approximately a 20 min drive from the old market etc. And Tarek was very helpful in providing us with transport whenever we needed it and connecting us to all the right people. The housekeeper and Mustafa were also lovely and very helpful. We are all very happy with our stay and can gladly say we made the right choice with this booking!

Wonderful spacious villa with spectacular views. Owner was very responsive and helpful. On site helper was brilliant.

1. Problems developed with WiFi. Owner attempted to resolve - but unable to in time. 2. Local rep struggled with UK language which caused a few issues - however very helpful. 3. Check in process did not mention on site helper and housekeeping. Great to have - just would have been helpful to mention. 4. One of showers didn’t function properly but two other showers meant this didn’t spoil the stay at all.

The place was amazing — spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you’d expect for a perfect beach-resort vacation. The villa’s quality was excellent throughout. The host manager, Tarek, was very friendly and helpful. There was also a caretaker named Moustafa, who lives right next to the villa and can assist with any interior needs if required. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

Sheraton Resort was a bit outdated but we couldnt care less with that villa
