Medici Florence Tower Apartment

I liked the proximity to the centre of the city. The apartment is very close to all major touristic locations in the down town, so makes it easy to walk everywhere. I got the code for the key wrong and called the host, she was more than happy to help which was great.

The neighbours were absolutely horrible. I assume because the building is quite old, the walls are quite thin and we could hear everything. Their TV, them walking, baby running around their apartment, someone fixing some metal thing (that made an awful noise) at 11pm... We had a hard time falling asleep, one night we manage to fall asleep at 2am when they decided to turn off their TV

The property was not exactly as pictured and expected based off the photos presented. There was lots of different pieces of furniture.

We did not feel like it was very clean. There were lots of stains on the carpets, beds, linen. The apartment in the photos depicts that there is a lot of natural light, there is not. We felt like it was constantly dark, with multiple bulbs missing from the lamps and light shades making them unable to be used. There were no working air conditioners or cooling units in the house. There was also no hot water in the shower.
