Die Lage war direkt am der Strandpromenade. Der Ausblick auf den Strand war schön.
In der Wohnung hat es die ersten 2-3 Tage nach Kloake gestunken. Bei starkem Wind pfeift es durch alle Ritzen. Die Ankommen Situation war sehr unbefriedigend. Die zweite Hauseingangstüre war verschlossen. Man muss auf einen Nachbarn warten, der zufällig vorbeikommt. Sonst kommt man nicht in das Mehrfamilienhaus hinein. Für die Wohnungseingangstür wurde uns der falsche Code genannt. Ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort war nicht vorhanden. Die Kommunikation fand nur über WhatsApp statt. Diese Kommunikationssituation war sehr unbefriedigend. Wir sind mit einem Mietauto angereist. Es gibt nur ein Parkhaus, in dem man parken kann. Pro Tag kostet dies zusätzlich 16 €. Auf der Straße ist ein parken, so gut wie nicht möglich.
